Here, we have listed all major events with respective rooms and/or locations. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at logistics@mun-flensburg.de. 

The opening ceremony will take place in TAL007, located on the ground floor of the Tallin 1 buidling.

The workshops will take place in HEL067 (UNHRC) and HEL065 (ECOSOC), located on the ground floor of the Helsinki buidling.

The pannel discussion will take place in HEL160, located on the first floor of the Helsinki buidling.

Timetable

This is the preliminary schedule for the conference. Please be aware, that minor changes can still occur.

The first “mandatory” events are the committee workshops at 4pm on Thursday, the 23rd of May. We highly recommend that all delegates take part.

If individual delegates cannot attend the whole conference, or have to join later, or leave earlier, we kindly ask for a quick heads-up email at participant-management@mun-flensburg.de.
